Design freedom without limitations

Compared to FDM processes, our 3D printing technology eliminates the need for support structures, enabling the design of complex geometries, hollow parts and features that are difficult or impossible to manufacture using conventional methods.

This technology also allows part nesting (parts inside parts) and the integration of multiple functions into a single component. If you can design it, we can manufacture it with maximum detail and precision.

Available materials

  • PA12
  • TPU
  • PA11
  • PP
  • PA12GB40

PA12

PA12 produced with HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technology offers high mechanical strength, excellent dimensional accuracy and a consistent surface finish. It provides durability, impact resistance and thermal stability, making it suitable for prototyping as well as functional and end-use parts, with low moisture absorption and excellent chemical resistance.

Its versatility makes it a strong alternative to CNC machining and injection moulding. HP MJF enables complex geometries without support structures, reducing lead times and costs while ensuring high repeatability and consistency for industries such as automotive, industrial equipment and product development.

It operates up to 90°C (dry conditions) and features a standard grey, slightly non-uniform finish with medium surface roughness (Ra 8–10). It is the most widely used material due to its balance between cost and performance.

TPU

TPU manufactured using HP Multi Jet Fusion technology is characterised by its high elasticity, wear resistance and excellent recovery properties.

It is a flexible material ideal for impact-absorbing parts, cushioning components and rubber-like applications.
TPU also offers very good chemical and abrasion resistance, maintaining its performance even after prolonged use.

Its thermal resistance is higher than PA12 (up to 150°C in dry conditions).
HP MJF technology makes it possible to produce complex flexible geometries with high precision and repeatability, without the need for supports. It is perfect for applications in footwear, automotive, gaskets, protective elements and customised flexible components.

PA11

PA11 produced with HP Multi Jet Fusion technology stands out for its high ductility, excellent impact resistance and outstanding fatigue performance.

It allows the production of functional parts with both high mechanical strength and flexibility, making it ideal for applications exposed to repeated stress, bending or deformation.

In addition, it offers very good chemical resistance and thermal stability.
MJF technology ensures precision, repeatability and the possibility of manufacturing complex geometries without support structures, optimising production time and cost.

PP

Polypropylene printed using HP Multi Jet Fusion technology stands out mainly for its excellent chemical resistance and very good mechanical properties. It also provides good resistance to fatigue and repeated impacts.

PP offers tightness, very low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability, making it ideal for industrial applications.

HP technology allows us to produce complex geometries with industrial-level precision and repeatability. Its surface is relatively smooth and it is easy to post-process.

PA12GB40

PA12GB40 (PA12 reinforced with 40% glass microbeads) printed using HP Multi Jet Fusion technology is characterised by its high stiffness, dimensional stability and very low deformation.

It offers greater structural strength and less warping than standard PA12, making it especially suitable for large and flat parts.

It provides good accuracy and a homogeneous surface finish. In addition, it maintains chemical and thermal resistance, although with lower ductility.

It is particularly suitable for functional components that require rigidity, precision and long-term durability in demanding industrial environments.
